The Tsaks group directly, or through its third-party vendors, collects certain information supplied by customers through this website as part of our provision of accommodation services and products - one of which is the ability to make reservations. The Tsaks group website also allows customers to communicate with the Tsaks group on issues of customer service and to provide feedback on services. Reservation Information
In order for us to process reservations to our accommodation, the Tsaks group will ask customers for their name, address, email information, telephone number, credit-card information, arrival and departure dates, airline frequent-flier information or information on similar customer-loyalty programs. The Tsaks Group will also ask for the customer’s room preferences and for any special requests. The information requested may change without notice.
Customer Service
When a Tsaks Group customer makes a customer-service request, the Tsaks Group will ask for his or her name, mailing address or electronic-mail information, telephone number and other information. This will allow the Tsaks Group to respond better to the request, or to resolve any issues at any of our accommodations.
Use of Information Collected
The Tsaks Group may share the customer information it collects with its personnel, and with the owners and operators of the Tsaks Group. Certain third-party websites may have received permission from the Tsaks Group to use Tsaks Group trademarks, but may not provide a link to this Privacy Policy and Disclosure. Customers should communicate directly with such websites to receive information about their privacy practices and policies.
This Privacy Policy and Disclosure does not cover customers who enter the Tsaks Group websites through links from non-Tsaks Group sites, such as those of advertisers or other content providers.
